Love

Hello land of blog and all you lovely bloggers!

I won't mention the weather as it's yuk, so best not look out of the window.

Mr postman still hasn't delivered my craft goodies and I am getting very impatient!

Today's card is made for the  Clearly Besotted Challenge where the theme is 'Love':

here it is without the flash
and with the flash

items used:
Clearly besotted 'Full of surprise' for the hearts background and stamped 'you' , 'Butterfly wishes' for the butterflies
chipboard letters, gems, tag punch, eyelet and string from stash.

Clearly Besotted have just had some lovely new stamps released but silly me wasn't quick enough and in the blink of an eye they were gone :(
I think that they are due back in stock in February so I will have to wait until then.

So that's it from me, thanks for stopping by - TTFN.

Gingerbread men

Good morning all and happy Monday to you! Well I hope that it's a happy one.

The beautiful sunshine is fading fast here and I think that more rain is on it's way :(

I have combined a few challenges for today's card and come up with this:

I used:
My very neglected Molly Blooms stamps
Freebie paper from a magazine
WOW! metallic silver embossing glitter W509R
ProMarkers
Glossy Accents
Ribbon, buttons and recipe fabric from stash.

I don't know if I completely happy with this card and I don't know why!!

Anyway a quick tidy up then hopefully I can squeeze in some craft time. If you see Mary Poppins on your travels please send her my way - that click of the fingers trick would come in handy !!

Thanks for stopping by and TTFN.

Lot's of hearts

I'm back with more heart cards:

Which one do you prefer?

I used:
Stampendous! W053 Heart Topper stamp with various embossing powders, Glossy Accents, Gel pens, Stampin Up sentiment, pearl drops and Stickles.

I think that I prefer the last one which proves less is more!

I have had a lovely day today stamping, hubby and eldest are at their football match and youngest is round a friends house so everyone is happy!
I'd better go and pack up all of my craft stash as we're having Chinese tonight - YUM!
One day I will have my own craft room- sigh! But it would probably be the worlds most untidiest as I would leave everything out and not pack it away.

Hope that you have a lovely weekend and thank you for stopping by. TTFN.

Challenges:
Less Is More  'One layer cards' hearts  ( 6 days left )
My Mums Craft Shop 'love'.  ( 20 days left )

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

Hi there -just a quick card to share with you that a friend made for my birthday yesterday:

Fab isn't it? ( I am trying to persuade said friend to start a blog ).

I used to get upset when I was small because whenever you would see note pads or fridge magnets etc. in seaside shops they would never have my name! But I have now had a card made especially for me..... how lucky am I!!

I have got LOT'S of birthday crafty goodies in the post on their way to me so I will be a very happy bunny when they arrive!

Back in a sec with more hearts. TTFN.

Stippled Blossoms

Hello everyone.

I hope that you are avoiding the winter bugs that are flying around!

Here is a card that I made yesterday for the  Less is More challenge   where the theme is 'Winter Blues'

I tried to keep it as simple as possible by stamping Stampin Up's 'Stippled Blossoms' and 'Best Dad Ever' sentiment. The die is SB Borderabilities A2 Curved Borders One. I also added a tiny bit of Stickles in the centre of the flower.

So I hope that you like it and thanks for stopping by TTFN.

Getting ready

Good morning land of blog!

I hope that you are safe and warm. The sun is shining here and it is not raining at the moment - Yay!
The recycling is getting blown around though, people can now see the amount of chocolate and alcohol we have been consuming over the Christmas - Oops!

Here is my share for today, I have covered a diary:

Items used:
Lili of the Valley 'Getting ready' stamp and Bear Necessities papers
SB nestie 'Lacey square'
ProMarkers and Copics
MS border punch
Wink of stella and Glossy Accents
Peel offs

I paper pieced her dress and the top of the table (although you can't see it).
I think that the Lili of the Valley stamps are just so cute.

Well I suppose that I'd better get on with the dreaded housework - apparently Kirsty Allsop has said that 'women secretly enjoy mundane household chores'.    IS THAT WOMAN MAD!!!!!

Anyway thanks for stopping by and TTFN.

Challenges:
Lili of the Valley challenge  'Anything but a card'  ( 20 hours left )
Live and Love crafts challenge 'Perfume'  ( 25 days left )

Homemade

Good afternoon all.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope that's not too late!

I think that I need to baton down the hatches tonight as there is more bad weather on the way - eek!
I feel so sorry for those poor people who have been flooded as it must be horrendous.
I plan to stay in and craft :)

Here is a card that I made yesterday with my new Penny Black set 'Homemade':

I coloured it with ProMarkers and added Glossy Accents and Stickles. The papers were a lovely FREEBIE from Pink Petticoat.

There are lot's of lovely images on this stamp set so I'm sure they will all get used.

Must go and get the tea ready now - thanks for stopping by. TTFN.
