Hello, I have a House-Mouse card today:

I also used my sewing machine to stitch around the edge

Guest designer at Penny's Paper-Crafty challenge

Hi there,

as you can see by the title of today's post I am super excited to say that I am a guest designer at Penny's Paper-Crafty challenge  😊  - I was lucky enough to win challenge number 601.

Here is my card using colour of love shop - Lotus Kokeshi Doll :

I couldn't decide which backing paper to use and I didn't want anything too busy to take away from the image so I embossed some pink card using Stampin Up! layered florals 3D embossing folder. This is my first outing for this embossing folder so I would like to enter Darnell's nbus-challenge-78. - where you have to use something new from your crafty stash!

As I used Promarkers to colour my image I would also like to enter I love Promarkers. - A/G or gnomes

The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat (sadly closed down) .The nail heads, ribbon and punches are also very old SU. I bravely stitched around the edges of my card - getting better at this! added some glitter and that's it job done!

Hello and happy Wednesday!

I 'think' todays image is from the Joanna Sheen 'The Gruffies & Happy Hoppers' cd rom (I really should write on the paper once printed out!)

The image, backing paper and sentiment all  came from the same cd rom.

The corners were punched out using my EK success punch on craft card. 

I'm very impressed with myself for using my sewing machine again to stitch around the edges. All was going well until I came to the top edge where it went a bit wonky so I slapped on the sentiment to cover up the worst of it!!

I also used Glossy accents on the ice cream but it doesn't show up on the photo.

Hi there and happy bank holiday Monday!

After seeing this card by the lovely Jules I just had to purchase that stamp set (that Jules used for the sentiment). As I have said before Jules is so super talented and she makes the most beautiful cards. This  makes me want to buy everything that she uses in the hope of making something that beautiful - it never works in my case but I will keep on trying !!
