Pumpkin pie isn't something I have ever had .. .. but I am impressed that it might be your next baking project. I'm afraid at my end there isn't much baking done, and if I do it usually ends up as chocolate chip muffins! I make lots in one go they go in the freezer. I love the smell of them cooking as much as I do eating them LOL!!!
