No Cards - Just Cake!

Good afternoon all.

Just thought that I would share a photo of the cake I made last night:
Parsnip and Maple Syrup Cake

I found the recipe over at Caroline's blog (kiss-keep it sweet simple) a very long time ago.

The cake is scrumptious and it won't last the day!!

    I KNOW!! Caroline is the most wonderful baker/cook. Need to try this one too. Have you tried her pulled pork with or even without pomegranate - to die for :)
