House-Mouse Birthday Card

Happy Easter Sunday!

Todays card was printed from my new House-Mouse Triple CD which arrived yesterday ( ordered on Thursday so very quick delivery ).
Now the reason I bought this CD was after I saw this card made by Pauline so therefore I blame spending my pocket money solely on her!!!  I had seen her other House Mouse cards and considered buying some stamps but that card clinched the deal for me!!
So here is my first card:

The CD is jam packed with such lovely images and as this was a pre-coloured image it was so quick to make. It also gave me a chance to use my Martha Stewart Hydrangea punch which I bought ages ago after seeing it highlighted on a card at Pixie's Snippets Playground . Di is also guilty of making me spend my money on a Christmas die ( not used yet - ooops!! ) - is it just me who has to buy things that other people show case so well or does anyone else do it..... come on fess up!!

So there's my card for today - thanks for visiting and I hope you have a lovely day.

  1. Oh Eve - first of all, what a beautiful card! I adore House Mouse designs - have a few of their stamps but not often enough time to colour them so pre-coloured seems like a great plan :)

And of course I giggled at me forcing you to buy things. Imagine actually running the Playground and looking in close detail at all the entries - I spend waaaaaay too much on goodies needless to say!

Am now wondering just which Christmas die it was :) ?

    Happy Easter my little friend!

    Hugs

  3. Beautiful card, Eve! Love the added hydrangeas. Such a beautiful touch. You are definitely NOT alone ...lol. I had to stop watching one person's video tutorials for awhile simply because I "had to have" whatever she was demonstrating. Thanks for joining us at House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge.

    Hugs,

  9. Oh, I can't wait for our lilacs to bloom in Summer. They are the most glorious smelling flowers, and fill
the house with such a good aroma. Your card could not be cuter. Love the punched flower accent too.
