The weather has been lovely here in Devon today - about time too!!

Tomorrow I plan to put up my new walk-in greenhouse so that I can grow some veg - wish me luck!!

Oh and I might buy another chicken to add to my two ;-)

For todays card I am using one of the new (very cute) images from Pink Petticoat:

Rudolph Day Challenge

Good morning all.

Two cards to show today for Sarn's Rudolph Day Challenge:

The paper and sentiment is from Pink Petticoat (I triple printed the paper). Everything else is from my stash.
It made a nice change not to stamp or colour today's cards so they were made quite quickly ;)

After a sort out of my stamps etc. I have decided that I should go through the things that I haven't used yet so hopefully Darnell will have a challenge again soon to kick me into shape!

New Home Card

Good evening all.

A friend asked me if I would make a new home card so here it is:

I actually cased THIS CARD by the lovely Jules (always with a heart). I have asked here permission and she has kindly agreed for me to share it.
 If I had to say which was my favourite blog it would have to be Jules' because her cards are always amazing and she is an all round lovely person and is always willing to give help and advice - thanks Jules xx.

I would like to enter the Sketch and Stash Challenge  where I followed number 82 sketch --


Love this sketch and will use it again.
The second part of the challenge is to state your newest or neglected item well mine would have to be
the Chatsworth papers as I have only used one sheet before. The reason for this is that they are so gorgeous I don't want to cut them up!!

Beach Cottages

Hello everyone.

I'm back with another card here although I do feel a bit bad about neglecting my other Stampin Up! blog - will have to rectify that shortly.

Well my house martins seem to have 'moved on' as they weren't back this morning. I can't say that I am disappointed - mean I know!! Let's just hope that they have found another 'happy home'!!

I had a little craft time this afternoon after the dreaded housework was done. Here's what I made:

Isn't it so nice to have an extra day to the weekend although I was woken VERY early this morning by house martins nesting just outside our bedroom window :(
The thing is they are very noisy and make lots of mess, well apparently they only nest in happy homes!

Lola Rose - Cupcakes

Good evening all,

hope that you have had a good day.

 Here is a card that I made after a little spend at Pink Petticoat.

 

I have coloured Lola in with ProMarkers and added some Stickles and liquid pearls with a touch of Glossy Accents.

The black spotted backing paper looks a bit faded in the photo but it is really dark black.

Green & White

Good evening Bloggers!

Tonight's card is for The Ribbon Girls Challenge  and the theme is Green and White.
They have got two fab prizes and it ends in 2 days. Here's my entry:

 

 

The paper and sentiment are both Pink Petticoat. I punched out some circles and added glitter glue.

 

It's similar to the pink card I made a couple of posts ago.

 

 

Hope you all have a good evening - I'm off to lock the chickens in and then eat a beef and ale stew which has been simmering in my slow cooker. Mmmmm!

Happy Friday all.

Here is a card that I made for my sister in law. She is 'taking the plunge' and setting up her own travel agent with a friend. After a lot of work they are nearly ready to trade. I wish them luck and my best wishes.

The papers and sentiment are both Pink petticoat - just in case there is one person out there who has not seen Liz's beautiful papers!!   I punched some circles and added some glitter. 

I am not going to enter a challenge with this one as I find it hard to keep track of closing dates !
