Todays card has combined a few challenges:

Here's a strange question:
Do you know of anyone who has still got any baby teeth. The reason I asked is because my youngest son had an appointment today at the orthodontist. Apparently he still has one top baby tooth and the dentist says that this will fall out one day. He advices to extract said tooth and another on the opposite side to even them out and then close the gaps with a brace :(    (top and bottom)
My eldest son also had a brace when he was younger and although he is now glad that his teeth are nice and straight it was not a very nice experience.
Anyway it would be nice to hear from anyone who is still munching on baby teeth!!

Getting ready

Good morning land of blog!

I hope that you are safe and warm. The sun is shining here and it is not raining at the moment - Yay!
The recycling is getting blown around though, people can now see the amount of chocolate and alcohol we have been consuming over the Christmas - Oops!

Dandelion Clock Fairy

Good morning blog land!

I have a LOTV card to share with you today which I was hoping that the sun would shine on and show off the glitter but no such luck!

Looking at it now I think that maybe I should have added some flowers. I usually struggle to make a CAS card so perhaps I have finally got the hang of it!

I'm off to do the boring food shopping in a bit, I think that I might go back to being lazy and get it delivered that way I can spend more time crafting - YAY!

If friends were flowers

Hi there.

Hope you are happy and well!

Here is a card that I made using a Lili of the Valley stamp:

This is coloured with ProMarkers with added Stickles and Glossy Accents. The backing papers were free with a magazine ages ago called Petite Papers. It is a Pink Petticoat sentiment and stitched paper.

This is actually my second attempt as I did watercolour it at first but I didn't use watercolour paper. As you can imagine the paper bobbled - I must invest in some more paper!

Hello again!

Here is another Lili of the Valley stamped card 'Sprinkled with Sugar'.
 I used:
ProMarkers, Glamour dust, Glossy Accents, Forever Friends 'New Arrival' papers and LOTV tag.
I think that the pink striped paper is from another pack but I can't remember which - sorry!

 

Such a 'sweet' image wouldn't you say! LOL!

Butterflies and Strawberries

Good afternoon!

Today's card is 'Strawberries' by Lili of the Valley coloured with ProMarkers and added stickles, topped off with Glossy Accents. (I couldn't hold off from using it any longer!)
The butterflies are stamped and punched with a Stampin Up set (Papillon Potpouri). I used We R Memory Keepers 'Travel Light' paper.

I think that they need a good dollop of clotted cream on the top - handsome!

Hoping to get a few more posts done today as I haven't posted for a bit and have a few cards made ready.
